Cottage cheese light

Cottage cheese light is made from non-homogenised skimmed milk. It is white or slightly yellow in colour and has a slightly acidic taste. It is packed in pots with practical covers.

Ingredients: Cottage cheese made of skimmed pasteurised milk, contains a minimum of 18% dry matter and a maximum of 10% m.f. in the dry matter.
